Birth Doula.
Birth doula support with Lou includes 3-6 prenatal sessions, labor and delivery support, and some postpartum care. Her goal is to collaborate with clients as they navigate the entirety of the perinatal period, and especially the often overlooked tasks of choosing care providers and managing broader family dynamics.
Offerings range from $1500 - $3500
Coaching.
For birthing partners and all humans. Bi-weekly or monthly sessions to help you navigate and prepare for a major transition. Be the best birth partner and all-round human you can. Option to have me virtually on call for your birth.
Offerings from $750 - $2750
Postpartum Doula.
Support as you navigate the first 6-12 weeks after birth. Meal prep, healing (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual), massages, meditations, infant care, feeding and lactation support, household tasks including laundry and organizing.

Birth Preferences consultation.
Two virtual sessions to discuss your birth plan and preferences. I provide resources for you to review and we reconnect after a month to finalize your plan and, if desired, walk through it with your birth partner.
